Sourcing with traceability
We buy green coffee we can trace — region, farm, varietal, process and harvest. You’ll find all of it printed on every single-origin bag, because you deserve to know exactly what’s in your cup.
Small-batch roasting
Each origin is roasted to its own curve to bring out its character — the kumquat brightness of an Ethiopian washed, the cocoa depth of a natural. Small batches mean tighter control and fresher coffee.
Aroma from freshness
Coffee is at its best in the weeks after roasting. We roast to order wherever we can, so your coffee reaches you near its peak. From the farmer’s hard work to your morning ritual, we look after every step.
